All camp dates are co-ed for children ages 6–14

Week 4: Sunday, July 21st – Saturday, July 27th

Week 7: Sunday, August 11th – Saturday, August 17th

Prices
All prices include taxes.
Summer
Regular Week (Weeks 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8): $769
Short Week (Weeks 3, 6, 9): $550
Check-in / Check-out
- No dinner will be served on check-in day
- Anyone wishing to book two or more consecutive weeks must pick their children up on the check-out afternoon and return them on the following check-in evening
Summer
Check-in: 6PM – 7PM
Check-out: 1PM
Health Policy
For the health and safety of everyone, if you, your child or anyone in your household is experiencing ANY COLD OR FLU SYMPTOMS prior to camp arrival please call or e-mail us immediately. You can reserve a different week for your child or we will be given a FULL refund for the missed week this summer.
We need all parents or caregivers to ask your child before camp to confirm they have no current cold or flu symptoms ahead of camp drop off.
Cellphone Policy
At Webb’s Holiday Acres, we understand that staying connected with your child is important. We also recognize the value of an immersive camp experience, free from the usual distractions of technology. With this in mind, our cell phone policy is as follows:
- Parental Discretion: The decision to send a cell phone with your child is entirely up to you, the parent or guardian. We respect your judgment in determining what’s best for your child.
- Staff Responsibility: Please note that Webb’s Holiday Acres staff cannot be responsible for your child’s cell phone. We encourage you to discuss the importance of responsible usage and care of the device with your child.
- Communication: If you are concerned about not being able to speak with your child during their stay, rest assured that you can contact them. Our ranch line, 604-857-1712, is available for you to call anytime before 7 p.m. Our staff will be happy to facilitate a conversation with your child.
- Usage Guidelines: If a cell phone is brought to camp, we ask that it be used respectfully and at appropriate times so as not to disrupt the camp experience for others.
- Focus on Camp Experience: While we understand the need for occasional communication, we encourage campers to fully engage in the camp activities and the natural beauty around them, fostering independence and growth.

When you check your child in at camp, you will need to fill out the above forms. To save time at check-in, or if someone other than the parent/guardian is dropping your child off, please print and sign these forms and mail ahead of time or bring on arrival day.

The Reservation Form (1 Page), Information Sheet (1 Page), Acknowledgement of Risk (1 Page) and Release of Liability (1 Page) all need to be completed in there entirety.
Methods of Payment
We accept cheque, cash, or e-transfer. We do not take any credit or interac/debit cards.
Deposit: To reserve your child’s spot, please send $300 deposit, or full amount, with your forms. Full amount is due 2 weeks prior to your child’s arrival. However, if you forget, please pay cash on check-in day.
Cheques payable to: Webb’s Holiday Acres
To pay by e-transfer: First, please send an email to guestranch@shaw.ca with the name and age of your child and the week you would like to register them for. Once your registration has been confirmed, payment instructions will be sent to you.

Please do not scan and send forms. Original signed forms can be brought on arrival day.
Please Note:
- Receipts can be issued on check-in or check-out days upon request.
- Any cancellations or refund requests with 4 or more weeks notice are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.
- Any cancellations or refund requests with less than 4 weeks notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Any NSF cheques are charged $50.00.
- Three or more children from your immediate family booked in will receive $20 off per child.
